DeleteJust few days back I had my sister buy me couple of Hobby Ideas Mod Podge from Staples in Bangalore. I will find out the exact store from where she bought it and let you know by tonight.
I also had a reader provide me with this link for buying it online. I have not tried it, but you can give it a shot.
I had written to Hobby Ideas multiple times and this is the list that I officially received from them. Try asking for Hobby Ideas Glue and Gloss instead of Mod Podge, sometimes some folks may not understand Mod Podge.

Another question, when you use mod pdge, do you coat it with polyeurethane varnish/sealant or leave it as is?

DeleteSure thing. I think she bought is at Garuda Mall, but I shall confirm after checking. I doubt if mod podge is water resistant. Considering it is water based, it may at some point give in to "over" exposure. So, if there is humidity issues and likeliness of being exposed to water is high, it is better to have a coating of varnish. Otherwise multiple layers of just the Mod Podge on your project should protect your work well enough.

DeleteMod Podge is a glue + varnish (sort of) combination. You can use it to glue the material on a surface and apply it generously on top for a protective coating. It will be white in color while applied, but will become transparent after drying.
